Video & Film Solutions is a Moving Image Vendor Lab for the National Archives.
We are a vendor for their Electronic Intermediate Program allowing for the transfer or duplication of both I and P items.
VFS is the only NARA vendor offering 4K film scans
We will match and reduce by 5% any other written price quote for NARA item requests and work will be performed on the highest quality equipment available.

Film Transfers
"I" items: Standard transfer prices apply. Additional costs are National Archives reel fee of $17.25 per reel and transportation of film to/from NARA.
"P" Items: There is a fixed contractual price for "P" Items.
All film transfers are done on a Spirit 4K or 2K.

Video Tape Duplication
"I" items: All video tape duplication are done on professional machines kept in very good working order. Standard duplication prices apply. Additional costs are National Archives reel fee of $17.25 per reel and transportation of film to/from NARA.
"P" Items: There is a fixed contractual price for "P" Items.
